Do Good Days, presented by FNBO and led by SHARE Omaha, is a three-day event dedicated to helping the community in various ways. It’s a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come together and support 650+ metro nonprofits. Do Good Days highlights three ways to give back.
As we all know, the past two years have been difficult for everyone and every organization. Last year, when SHARE Omaha asked the community to help do good, the community raised $2,558,002.50 through donations, 1,874 items were donated for Wish List Wednesday, and 1,247 people gave their time on Volun-Thursday for a combined 2,885 hours. This year’s goal is to exceed every milestone set last year.

Two exciting volunteer opportunities in Council Bluffs are the Impact CB volunteering effort at Midlands Humane Society on May 19 from 1 – 3 p.m. and Iowa Western Community College’s campus beautification project on May 19 from 1 – 3 p.m.
SHARE Omaha is a local 501c3 nonprofit that helps other local nonprofits fulfill their missions by raising support and service year-round at SHAREomaha.org.
