On Tuesday, June 14th, Primrose Retirement Community and VFW Post 11355 held a Flag Day presentation at Bayliss Park. Primrose donated a new USA flag, Prisoner of War flag, and State of Iowa flag to be put up at the park. Several veterans and their family members from World War 2, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War attended the event.
