Council Bluffs is home to a wide variety of public art pieces. From large-scale sculptures to bright and vivid murals there is so much beauty to capture. All the pieces transform from season to season, so winter is a great time to photograph the pieces. Check out our website for a full list of public art in Council Bluffs.

Missouri River

In the winter you can see large and uniquely shaped chunks of ice floating down the Missouri River. Walk across the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge to get the best views of the river for your winter photo contest images!
