- What events are eligible to be listed?
First, the event needs to be open to the public. Members-only activities will not be accepted. Second, the event must take place in Pottawattamie County. Third, businesses can submit events, but they should be outside of the business’ regular operation. For example, a restaurant/bar may submit karaoke or trivia night, but happy hour would not be eligible.
- How are events submitted?
There is a simple to use, online submission form found at this link. The process is broken down into six parts, with the final step providing you with a chance to proof it before hitting the submit button. Third, events submitted a week or more before they occur will be included in the weekly e-newsletter titled the UNLEASHCB Bulletin. It is sent to more than 3,000 subscribers every Thursday at 1 pm.
