This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to grow their company’s capacity and profitability.

Rich Barmettler, a local restaurant expert and consultant will lead you through various topics that will help you assess the current health of your business and give you tips on how to level up. As an operations and logistics expert with 35 years of industry experience, Rich has the knowledge and expertise to help you make the most of your food business.

Each session will include real-world examples, group discussions, and a bit of homework. Please note that applicants must be available to attend all five sessions, and space is limited.
