On Wednesday, April 8 Triple M Stable and the West Pottawattamie County Horse Club paraded their animals around Risen Son Christian Village to entertain the residents. There were four horses, three goats, and five dogs!
Some of the residents were able to come outside and others watched from their windows. The baby goats were a favorite among many of the residents. It could have been their hilarious screams or the fact that they kept stopping the parade to eat.
The parade of animals was a great escape from the difficult times we are all facing. The smiles on the residents, nurses, and 4H members' faces were priceless. Thank you to all who participated in bringing happiness to everyone fortunate enough to enjoy the show!
