Pippa White Presents: 72 Years to Women's Suffrage
September 22 | 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.Council Bluffs Public Library
UNfortunately, this event has already occurred.
As we celebrate 100 years of Women's Suffrage in the United States this year, learn about the extraordinary women who worked for decades to attain what they considered was not a privilege, but a right. Hear the ladies speak in their own words: Susan B. Anthony, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Lucretia Mott, Lucy Stone, Alice Paul, and more. Their stories are riveting, entertaining and of course, true!
This is a live Zoom event - Join us for viewing in Room B or pre-register from our website to view from home! If you plan on attending the in-person viewing, please call to make a reservation as space is limited due to COVID-19 restrictions. A face mask is required for all attending.
This program is free and open to the public and was made possible with help from the Council Bluffs Public Library Foundation.
