Chocoholics 101 - Inside the Chocolate Box

Chocolate lovers rejoice! Have you ever bitten into a decadent piece of chocolate and wondered how it came to be? Now is your chance to learn the process of how the cocao bean is transformed into one of the most popular treats in the world. Class participants will be able to sample confections made by a local chocolatier and learn what makes a quality piece of chocolate. Then you will get to make some of your own treats to take home. Wow your family and friends with your newfound knowledge! (If you have an apron, you may want to bring it.)
