This event is free and geared towards families with children in grades K-5th. Free lunch included. Join the Council Bluffs Money Smart Committee as we put on their annual Money Smart event for kids! This year's theme is Common Cents Carnival. Play bean bag toss, learn about money design, make a budget, play ring toss, face painting, balloon animals, bounce house and so much more.
11am - 1pm - Registration, Carnival Games, Face painting, balloon artist and more
11:30am-1pm - Free lunch and prizes after completing your money punch card
