Join us at Bayliss Park for a unique and talented take on a wide range of musical traditions. Claude Bourbon is known for amazing guitar performances that take blues, Spanish, and Middle Eastern stylings into uncharted territories. This program is free and open to the public and has been made possible with help from the Council Bluffs Public Library Foundation. In case of inclement weather, this program will be held at the library.
