Learn the basics of traditional Japanese ramen, the four basic types of broth, and garnishes. You will also be shown how to create a really good bowl of ramen style soup and noodles with what you most likely have at home. And of course, you’ll get the opportunity to assemble a bowl of your own to taste different flavor combinations.
