Join us for Pottawattamie County Conservation's annual Maple Tree Tap event. This program will introduce you to the basics of syrup making from tapping the trees to bottling the final product. If temperatures are cooperative and the sap is flowing participants can even taste the sweet sap as it flows from the tree.

We will be offering 3 sessions of this all-ages program, participants must choose between 1:00, 2:30, & 4:00 p.m. Each program will last approximately one hour. This event will take place both indoors & outside, please dress for the weather & wear appropriate footwear.

Online pre-registration is required as space is limited, the cost for this program is $3.00 per person, children 3 & under are free and do not need to register.
