Pioneer Quilts: History Told through Fabric and Patterns
November 19 | 7:15 - 8:30 p.m.Council Bluffs Public Library
UNfortunately, this event has already occurred.
Look beyond the quilt as just a blanket! Learn the history of pioneers through quilt patterns, fabrics, images, and uses of quilts in daily life. Pre-register for the program and pick up supplies for two quilt blocks - one to keep and one to return to the library. Share a part of your own personal history in the patterns and fabric you choose. This program is free and open to the public. Space is limited and registration is required. A face mask and social distancing are required for in-person events and programs.
