Look beyond the quilt as just a blanket! Pioneer Quilts: the Untold Stories; History Told through Fabric and Patterns will provide the history of pioneers through quilt patterns, fabrics, images and uses of quilts in the daily life of a pioneer. After the program, the audience is invited to construct a quilt block out of paper and/or fabric to tell a part of their own personal history.
