View upcoming eventsThe 2019 Register's Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa will take place from July 21 to July 27, starting right here in Council Bluffs with an overnight the evening before the ride begins. Approximately 10,000 registered riders join the ride every year. Riders travel to participate in the ride from across the state, nation, and the world.
Join us on Saturday for the RAGBRAI Expo in the parking lot northeast of the Mid-America Center. The expo will include cycling vendors, a beer garden, two stages (with entertainment from Twisted Whiskey, Touch of Grey, Polka Police, and Taxi Driver), food and more! The expo will be open from noon to 9 p.m. See our driving directions for how to get to the event.
On Sunday morning, head down to the 100 Block to cheer on the riders as they head out of town. Many businesses on the 100 Block will open early to serve breakfast and drinks for the riders and those cheering them on.
This is our seventh time as host! We are so honored to take part in this great race.
