It's time for the 3rd Annual Council Bluffs Tattoo Arts Convention! There will be live entertainment, tattoo contests, seminars, and more. Special guests include Al Fliction from Ink Master Season 1 and more.
Friday 2 p.m. - 11 p.m.
Saturday 11 a.m. - 11 p.m.
Sunday 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
$20 a day or $40 for a three-day pass. (Admission is free for children under 12)
