Intro to Meditation and Centering Prayer

This 6-week group is designed as an introduction into a regular contemplative practice. We will explore the history of meditation, investigate how to slow down the mental and physical bodies to cultivate self-awareness and well-being, and begin to establish a regular rhythm of a contemplative practice through guided meditations and Centering Prayer. This is an opportunity to learn and experience something new with a new community!

This is free and open to the public. Please enter the church through the doors located in the parking lot. We will gather in the sanctuary!
