What is the Otocast App?

The Otocast app is one of the coolest interactive apps in the App Marketplace both Android and iOS. It was built with the sole intention to provide an audio guide through all of the local arts and exhibits in the local town. 

How does it work?

When you find something you like, which could be right in front of you, or perhaps a few miles away, you can read a short description plus find links to related websites, watch videos, scroll through a photo gallery, or listen to a custom narrative.

What are some examples of art here in Council Bluffs?

One of the coolest pieces of art in Council Bluffs is the Molecule Man. This piece of art is only located in three places in the entire world: Germany, California, and Council Bluffs, Iowa. Another very unique piece of art is located in downtown's Bayliss Park, the Wellspring / Oculus.
