Council Bluffs CARES is a nonprofit artistsian collective studio for persons with physical and mental Disabilities. Our Boutique is held at our Manna Campus monthly to sell their 1 of a kind handmade craft items. Our CARES facility is open at 10 Hurion circle, Tuesday-Friday From 9-2pm and is free for anyone who would like to make crafts. Donations are always Welcome.
