A hands-on class all about creating delicious, buttery scones worthy of sharing with family and friends.
In this class, you’ll learn the finer points of traditional scone making with an emphasis on British-style techniques, from achieving that tender crumb to balancing flavors and mix-ins. A variety of ingredients will be available, including chocolate, raspberries, and more, so come ready to experiment and create your own sweet masterpiece.
Please bring a container (~9"x13" in size) so you can take your fresh-baked creations home to enjoy!
