Council Bluffs Public Library and Connections Area Agency on Aging have teamed up to bring you Bingocize!
Bingocize® strategically combines the game of bingo, exercise, and/or health education. Groups of participants play Bingocize® twice per week, with each 45-60 minute session consisting of exercises (range of motion, balance, muscle strengthening, and endurance exercises) and/or health education questions.
This is part of the Agency's Evidence-Based Programs. Research studies have proven that these programs promote documented health benefits and prevent disease or injury among older adults. Seniors who participate in these evidence based programs have a better quality of life, better long-term health and fewer falls.
