The Level 2 Data Technician class is designed to expand the student's troubleshooting capabilities when working in a data center. The primary goal of our Level 2 technician course is to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully troubleshoot more complex scenarios on their own. Students will learn about network topology, how to run network diagnostics and how to manage servers, including routine maintenance, remote and PXE booting, Linux commands and swapping components. This 40-hour course will provide participants with knowledge and skills they can immediately apply in the workplace.
