Celebrating One Community Reads! Kate Messner, author of One Community Read’s title Up in the Garden and Down in the Dirt, will be joining us in Meeting Room B. This is a children's book about the hidden life of the garden throughout the year. It looks at what happens "up in the garden" - with leaves, stalks and fruit - and the busy world "down in the dirt." This event is free and open to the public and has been made possible through funding from the Council Bluffs Public Library Foundation.
