The Block Party at Bayliss Park will feature a free concert from 123 Andres, a Latin Grammy winner and three-time nominee for Best Children's Album. The free concert will be from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. The full Block Party be from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. with food trucks, face painting, balloon art, games, and more!
