Before buying goats, learn how to care for them and what items you need in place ahead of time. Sharon has raised goats for over 30 years and has had a certified dairy for 12 years. The class will include meet and greet with goats and topics covering: getting started, breeds, feeding, shelter, fencing, kidding, overall health (including hoof trimming) and regulations, etc. Learn what it takes for a safe, healthy environment to have happy goats with long lives.
The event will be held rain or shine. Attendants must be 16 years or older unless accompanied by an adult. Class size is limited - so do not miss out!
