This is free and open to everyone in our community. All walks start at 10:30 am. Walks are 30-90 minutes and vary in intensity (easy, moderate, hard), depending on location. You can shorten your walk to suit your schedule. Please check the AllTrails app/website for distance, terrain, and difficulty level. Some walks are actually hiking adventures through the natural areas in and around Council Bluffs. As with any new fitness program, please consult with a physician prior to attending and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that might result from participating in this program.
