Join us Tuesday, June 30th from 7:30 to 8:30 AM (45 min of Yoga, 15 min of suprises) at Bayliss Park in Council Bluffs. Roll out your mat, bring plenty of water, and meet us under the trees for an hour that will leave you feeling stretched, centered, and ready to take on the day.
