Light The Way: Walking Through Dementia Together
May 20 | 3:45 - 6:30 p.m.River's Edge Pavilion
Light The Way: Walking Through Dementia Together is a free, practical, hope-filled town hall event for families navigating Alzheimer’s and dementia. This statewide conversation on clarity, resources, and hope is designed to meet people where they are with honest guidance, compassionate support, and real-world next steps.
Whether you are a caregiver, spouse, adult child, or simply worried about someone you love, you are encouraged to attend. Families often face confusion, overwhelm, and isolation when dementia enters the picture. This event creates space for clear information, meaningful connections, and encouragement from people who understand the challenges.
Our goal is simple: to help families feel supported and leave with a better sense of what to do next. We will focus especially on caregiver support, practical resources, and navigating the often-complicated realities of Medicaid and long-term care planning.
