Connections Area Agency on Aging is celebrating National Women’s Health Week by announcing its upcoming Mind Over Matter workshop, an evidence-based program that helps women improve bladder and bowel health through education, support, and practical strategies.
Many women over 50 experience leakage, and this 3-session workshop provides tools proven to reduce or eliminate symptoms while boosting confidence and wellness.
