Simple Qigong and Tai Chi practices for people of all ages and abilities.
The centuries old practice of Qigong combines relaxed breathing with slow gentle movement to restore energy and calm the nervous
system. Students will be guided through movements from a variety of Qigong and Tai Chi forms leaving them feeling relaxed and
energized.
