Presented by CB Parks and Rec, RECtoberfest is a free event for kids ages 12 to 18 featuring a combination of carnival games and field day activities including:
-25’ Rock Climbing Wall
-X-Treme Challenge Inflatable Obstacle Course
-Nine-hole Mini Golf
-Airbrush Tattoos
-Tug of War
-Potato Sack Races
-Kickball
-Ladder Golf
-Cornhole (Bags)
-3-Legged Race
-Wheelbarrow Races
-Football Drills
-Water Balloon Toss
Plus, KGOR 99.9 will be broadcasting live at RECtoberfest!
Admission to RECtoberfest is free. Participants will receive ten tickets upon entrance and will receive an additional ticket for each activity they participate in; each activity requires one ticket and will be used for prize drawings every hour. More participation equals more tickets in the prize drawings, which results in more chances to win prizes.
Parents and guardians will need to sign a waiver prior to their child's RECtoberfest participation. The waiver can be filled out in advance on the Council Bluffs Parks and Recreation website.
