Springfest at River's Edge

Get ready to soar into spring at Springfest! This free, family-friendly event features high-flying entertainment as Great American Kites returns with their record-breaking giant and colorful kites filling the sky. Enjoy live music, food trucks, and plenty of space to relax and take in the views.
Guests are welcome to bring lawn chairs, picnic blankets, water bottles, and snacks. A water bottle refill station will be available on site. Dogs are welcome if leashed, well-behaved, and cleaned up after. Parking is available in the 700-space garage at 4250 River’s Edge Parkway and on nearby streets. Bike parking will be available, and the first 100 cyclists receive a free T-shirt.
Attendees can join the fun by bringing their own kite or purchasing one on site, with a designated hobbyist flying area available. Springfest is presented by the City of Council Bluffs and made possible thanks to the support of Iowa West.
