The earliest evidence of wine-making dates back over 8,000 years, and while the equipment has evolved, the process remains beautifully simple. This class includes a complete wine-making kit to take home - you will start your first batch in class, then continue the process at home. Whether you're a wine enthusiast or just curious to try something new, this immersive experience will leave you confident, inspired, and wondering why you didn't start sooner!
