Lodge restrooms are open regular park hours from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. The Lodge Welcome Desk hours are as follows:
Monday – Wednesday – Closed
Thursday – Saturday – 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Sunday – 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Due to staffing, we may have to close the desk if we do not have the coverage to keep it open. Additional closures will be announced with as much advance notice as possible on our website and Facebook page. We are asking park visitors to continue to be prepared to pay at the front gate with cash or check in the event the lodge is closed.
The exhibit gallery is closed to the public & there is no access past the welcome desk at this time.

Take a break from Hitchcock Nature Center's great outdoors in this unique exhibit gallery, featuring a variety of hands-on activities for visitors of all ages. Children can visit Curiosity Cove to make animal prints, build their own habitat, read nature stories, and complete a scavenger hunt. Free with the park admission fee of $3 per vehicle.
