It may be cold outside, but the temperature will be just right for dancing the night away on Saturday, February 17, when Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital Foundation holds its annual cardiovascular fundraiser – Dance to the Beat, at the Mid-America Center from 7 – 11 pm.
Dance to the Beat is a concert fundraiser to raise funds for cardiovascular patients at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital. Event proceeds will help ease patients’ financial burdens so they can focus on improving their health. Funds raised support medical equipment, medication, transportation, and life expenses for uninsured and underinsured cardiac patients in southwest and western Iowa.
February is American Heart Month, and your attendance can help ease the financial burden of cardiac treatment and recovery for those who need it most. Patients across southwest and western Iowa benefit, making Dance to the Beat one of the most important fundraisers of the year because of its extensive impact on our community's health.
The band Taxi Driver – a local favorite - will be returning to perform at the event. For just $40, attendees get a great concert, dancing, and light appetizers. There will be a cash bar, a 50/50 raffle, and a silent auction with lots of amazing items up for bid!
You can pre-purchase tickets at https://jehfoundation.org/events/dance-beat or at the door on the night of the event. We can’t wait to see you on Saturday!
