The Council Bluffs Area Survey is live, and it’s a chance for everyone who lives or works in the area to speak up about what makes our community great—and what could make it even better. Whether you’ve called Council Bluffs home for decades or just joined the workforce here, your perspective matters.
Led by the Iowa West Foundation, the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce, the City of Council Bluffs, and the University of Nebraska at Omaha’s Center for Public Affairs Research, the survey aims to gather insights about why people come to Council Bluffs, what encourages them to stay, and what could help our community grow in meaningful ways.
