A Holiday Classic Gets a New Look
Celebrating its 30th anniversary, Trans-Siberian Orchestra returns with a reimagined production of The Ghosts of Christmas Eve. The show features the beloved holiday rock opera alongside TSO classics and rarely performed gems, followed by a high-energy second set.
Fans can expect the larger-than-life production TSO is known for, with powerful music paired with dazzling visuals, lasers, pyrotechnics and special effects. The combination of rock, classical music and theatrical storytelling has helped TSO become one of the most recognizable holiday touring acts.
Three Decades of TSO
Since its beginnings, TSO has helped introduce generations of fans to the multi-dimensional art form of the rock opera. The group has sold more than 10 million albums and performed for more than 100 million people in more than 80 cities.
A Longstanding Council Bluffs Tradition
TSO's connection to the Omaha-Council Bluffs area goes back more than two decades. The group first performed here in 2004, and since 2008, Council Bluffs has served as the starting point for its winter tour each year.
The annual tradition also gives back to the community. One dollar from every ticket sold goes to local charities, with the tour contributing hundreds of thousands of dollars to the community over the years.
