This event builds on their Critical Conversations series with a new focus: how your unique strengths shape the way you lead, communicate, and show up in the moments that matter most. They are thrilled to welcome back Ashley Jankowski, CEO of BAT Logistics, for a fresh and inspiring conversation about using your Gallup Strengths to lead with courage and clarity, especially when the conversations get tough. For this event, Ashley will also moderate a panel of local female leaders, each sharing how their Clifton Gallup strengths have helped them navigate leadership, communication, and challenge in their own unique ways.
