Step-by-Step Acrylic Painting ~ ARTrageous for Adults allows attendees of any skill level to recreate beautiful paintings by following guided step-by-step instructions. This program is available to adults, and all materials will be provided. This program is free and open to the public – Adults 18+ only. Space is limited - registration required. This program has been made possible with help from the Council Bluffs Public Library Foundation. Registration for this event will be open from April 12, 2024 @ 9:00am to May 3, 2024 @ 5:00pm.
