Crochet Basics Class – Learn the Basics & Create Your First Project!
Have you always wanted to learn how to crochet but didn’t know where to start? This beginner-friendly class is the perfect introduction & is led by the incredibly talented Christy Jaworski, owner of V. Ferme in Blair, NE.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the foundational skills every crocheter needs, including:
-How to properly hold and use a crochet hook
-How to make a slip knot
-How to make a chain stitch
-Single crochet
-Half double crochet
-Double crochet
-Slip stitch
-How to weave in ends for a clean, finished look
During class, you’ll complete a small, simple project to practice your new skills and leave feeling confident to continue crocheting at home.
All students will receive a crochet hook, a skein of yarn, stitch markers, and blunt needle to use in class and take home.
No experience necessary — just bring your creativity and willingness to learn!
