Did you know that BLink wi-fi is one of the largest free public wi-fi networks in the country?! We're having a community picnic to celebrate our community and our partners who make BLink such a success. Join us at River's Edge Pavilion on Friday, July 21, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for lunch and kids' activities. We will have a brief presentation at 11:30 a.m. We will have face painting, balloon twisting, the imagination playground (big blue blocks), and Belles' Play Garden, plus the Luminarium will have a mobile exhibit on site! Join us for an afternoon of family fun! Special thanks to our partners: Iowa West Foundation, Google, MidAmerican Energy, Council Bluffs Community Schools, and Lewis Central Community School District.
