Cooking Series: Greek Moussaka

May 24th, 2024 5:30pm-7:30pm $35 per attendee. Chef Tasos has a fantastic moussake recipe using baked vegetables instead of fried to make this classic Greek dish a little lighter. Delicious layers of potato, eggplant, zucchini and beef, all topped of with a creamy bechamel sauce and a handful of parmesan.
