Cooking Series: Hand-Pulled Noodles

May 17th, 2024 5:30pm-7:30pm $30 per attendee. Hand-pulled noodles are so much fun and they are much easier to make than you would think. In this interactive class, you will learn 2 different techniques to pull noodles. We will make 2 types of hand-pulled noodles: Biang Biang and Lamian noodles. We'll turn Biang Biang noodles into a noodle salad with hot oil chili sauce. We'll turn Lamian noodles into miso noodle soup.
