Get ready for a night of glowing fun at the third annual Costume Night! Come dressed in your favorite costume and enjoy a wide variety of free activities, including pumpkin painting (thanks to PowerTech!), light-up balloon animals, fall photo ops, and a movie screening (announcement coming soon!). The evening will also feature glow-in-the-dark games like kickball, soccer, pickleball, basketball, and more—plus music, prizes, and a Council Bluffs Public Library station.
Thanks to the Iowa West Foundation, free hamburgers will be served from 6 to 8 PM, with additional food and drinks available for purchase from local vendors. Parking is limited, so walking or biking is encouraged, with on-street parking available in the surrounding neighborhoods. It’s a night of family-friendly fun you won’t want to miss!
