Community Auditions: 'The Nutcracker' and 'Cinderella'

Attention community dancers (and singers) of all ages: Your chance is coming soon to audition for roles in American Midwest Ballet’s Season 14 productions of The Nutcracker and our new world-premiere ballet Cinderella! Register now for the Saturday, July 29 community-wide auditions at the Hoff Family Arts & Culture Center in Council Bluffs! Auditions will be conducted by Erika Overturff, Artistic Director; Erin Alarcón, Ballet Master; and Susan Chowning, AMB School Director; along with members of the artistic team, at the Hoff Family Arts and Culture Center, 1001 S 6th St., Council Bluffs, IA 51501. Roles are available for dancers ages 9+ and singers ages 12+. Auditions for the AMB Junior Company will be included within the age 12+ audition. You may audition for the Junior Company alone, for Nutcracker/Cinderella roles alone, or for both opportunities at the same time.
