Join Sarah Pratt, the Iowa State Fair's butter sculptor, to talk about what it's like to sculpt the butter cow and to teach us how she does it! Each participant will receive their own stick of butter to sculpt. You can take your masterpiece home or give it to Sarah to mix in with her butter for her next sculpture! Space is limited - registration is required. This program is free and open to the public and was made possible with help from the Council Bluffs Library Foundation.
