The evening will kick off with a welcome from Pottawattamie Arts Culture and Entertainment (PACE), CEO, Danna Kehm followed by a brief, motivational address from Rick Faber with Vistage. Attendees will also hear from a panel of past REV winners and a special behind-the-scenes look at Kitchen Council, a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen that provides educational resources, events, mentorship, and more for food entrepreneurs.
