Experience small-town charm on the spookiest night of the year! Wear your costume and bring your begger's bag to trick-or-treat Main Street businesses, and trunk or treat out-of-district businesses, on North and South Elm Street from 4-5 p.m. More treats and fun at Avoca Public Library will last from 4-6 p.m. A fundraiser for Avoca Fire and Rescue, hosted by Wicked Moon Tattoo & Piercing, will be at the Fire Hall from 4-8 p.m., featuring chili, hot dogs, mac & cheese, and beverages. Enjoy the decorated bump outs and vote for your favorite by 8 p.m. in the Fire Hall!
