Have you heard stories about this incredible decade from your elders? Get ready to relive or reinvent the past at our 2023 gala - Winter in the 70s…I Will Survive! The event will be held Saturday, Feb. 11, 2023, at the Mid-America Center in Council Bluffs from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. It’s been three years since we’ve been able to gather in-person - time to boogie! Tickets are $100 per person. You can also purchase a table (seats 10). Proceeds will support our 2023 operating budget, which allows us to provide free services to people with cancer and their families in the Council Bluffs metro and throughout southwest Iowa. Learn the hustle and the electric slide from Julian Adair, owner of Adair Dance Academy, and watch a performance of “Dancing Queen” by her dance troupe. Get ready for 70s-themed fashion (show us your best and get crowned king and queen of the gala), opportunities to shop, heavy 70s-themed hors d’oeuvres and drinks, silent, oral and program auctions + so much more!
