With many years of teaching and a deep understanding of yoga’s philosophy, Ilona weaves wisdom, mindful movement, and breath into every class. Drawing from her training in multiple holistic wellness modalities, she creates a space where body, mind, and spirit are nurtured. There’s a practice for every season and every level, which is why Ilona invites you to join her on the mat every Tuesday and Friday at 9 AM for a free-flowing, class that meets you exactly where you are.
